Distaster Management Authority- Aapda Mitra Training Program
Under the Aapda Mitra Training Program, in collaboration with the Disaster Management Authority, our organisation implemented structured training interventions aimed at creating a cadre of community volunteers equipped for disaster preparedness and response. The program focused on training participants in essential areas such as basic search and rescue, first aid, evacuation techniques, emergency communication, and community-based disaster risk reduction strategies. Through this initiative, we strengthened local capacities by preparing Aapda Mitras who can effectively support disaster management efforts, minimise risks, and safeguard communities during emergencies.

Earthquake resistance training- BSDMA

The training focused on topics such as structural safety, retrofitting methods, safe building practices, and emergency response protocols to minimise risks and enhance community resilience in earthquake-prone regions of Bihar. This initiative reflects our commitment towards disaster risk reduction by ensuring that communities are equipped with practical knowledge and skills to build safer habitats and respond effectively during seismic events

PMFME
Under the PMFME (Pradhan Mantri Formalisation of Micro Food Processing Enterprises) scheme, our organisation implemented targeted training programs in Nagaland and Madhya Pradesh. These interventions focused on enhancing the capacities of micro food processing entrepreneurs by providing them with essential knowledge in food safety standards, processing techniques, packaging, branding, and market linkages. Through this initiative, we empowered local entrepreneurs to formalise their enterprises, improve product quality, and increase their income opportunities, thereby contributing to the growth of the micro food processing sector in both states.

The training focused on imparting practical knowledge of soilless cultivation techniques, nutrient management, system setup, and commercial hydroponic farming practices, enabling participants to adopt innovative and sustainable agricultural methods. This intervention not only promoted advanced farming practices but also contributed to improving income generation, food security, and agri-entrepreneurship prospects in the targeted border regions.

Under the Eat Right Campus and Hygiene Training initiative, our organisation implemented structured programs aimed at enhancing food safety, nutrition awareness, and hygiene practices within institutional campuses. The training focused on creating a culture of safe food handling, personal hygiene, sanitation, and healthy eating habits among students, staff, and food handlers. By conducting these programs, we supported institutions in aligning with FSSAI’s Eat Right Campus certification standards, fostering healthier environments and promoting the overall well-being of the campus community.
