Deiken Project- Global Job Readiness Program

Under the Deiken Project’s Global Job Readiness Program, our organisation implemented specialised training interventions aimed at preparing candidates for international employment opportunities. The program focused on equipping participants with essential soft skills, professional communication, global workplace etiquette, cross-cultural understanding, and sector-specific technical competencies, ensuring they are fully job-ready for global roles. This initiative reflects our commitment towards enhancing employability at an international level, empowering youth to confidently pursue careers across borders and contribute effectively to global industries.

Japan- Specific Skilled Worker

Under the Japan Specified Skilled Worker (SSW) Program, our organisation is implementing targeted training interventions to prepare candidates for employment opportunities in Japan under the SSW visa category. The program focuses on imparting sector-specific technical skills, Japanese language training, and cultural orientation to ensure candidates are job-ready and well-integrated into Japanese workplaces. Through this initiative, we are enabling youth to access high-demand roles in sectors such as caregiving, hospitality, food services, construction, and more, thereby enhancing their employability and creating sustainable overseas livelihood pathways aligned with Japan’s workforce requirements
