Short Term Training (STT) Program

PMKVY 2.0 CSCM

Under PMKVY 2.0 (CSCM) between 2016 and 2020, our organisation successfully implemented training programs across multiple states including Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Jammu & Kashmir, Jharkhand, Kerala, Mizoram, Nagaland, Sikkim, Tripura, and West Bengal. During this tenure, we covered a diverse range of sectors such as IT-ITES, Apparel, Electronics & Hardware, Tourism & Hospitality, Retail, Logistics, Construction, Healthcare, Telecom, Media & Entertainment, Handicrafts & Carpet, Automotive, Food Industry, Aerospace & Aviation, and more. Overall, we trained thousands of candidates, ensuring an equally impressive placement record, often achieving 100% placements within each batch. This widespread execution across geographies and sectors under PMKVY 2.0 reflects our deep operational strength, adaptability, and commitment to empowering youth through employable skills under the flagship National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC) initiatives.

PMKVY 3.0 CSCM

Under PMKVY 3.0 (CSCM), our organisation demonstrated impactful skilling interventions across Rajasthan, Gujarat, West Bengal, and through National-level projects. We enrolled approximately 1,031 candidates, trained and certified all enrolled individuals, and ensured 85% placements across diverse sectors. In Rajasthan, the focus was on Construction and Retail trades, while Gujarat interventions concentrated on Tourism and Hospitality. Our programs in West Bengal strengthened the Healthcare sector workforce, whereas National-level Special Projects under PMKVY 3.0 further expanded our footprint in Healthcare training and placement. These interventions not only bridged employability gaps in multiple states but also showcased our robust operational efficiency, sectoral adaptability, and commitment to the skilling mission of India under PMKVY 3.0.

PMKVY 4.0 CSCM

Under PMKVY 4.0 (CSCM), our organisation continued its strong skilling interventions across multiple states, enrolling over 5,500 candidates in the current ongoing projects. Key states of implementation include Madhya Pradesh, J&K, Rajasthan, where large-scale startup skilling programs are being conducted through NSDC covering diverse sectors under STT Component. So far, we have enrolled, Trained and Certified more than 5,500 candidates, across IT-ITES, Retail, Telecom, Healthcare, and other high-demand sectors.

GUJRAT SAKSHAM

Under the Gujarat Saksham initiative, our organisation has actively contributed towards empowering the youth through focused skilling programs. We enrolled candidates in diverse sectors with an emphasis on Tourism and Hospitality, ensuring that each enrolled candidate was effectively trained, certified, and placed, leading to 100% placement outcomes under the project. This intervention reflects our capacity to deliver state-specific skill training aligned with Gujarat’s employability mission, while also strengthening local economies by creating a readily deployable skilled workforce.

SMILE PROJECT - TRANSGENDER TRAINING PROGRAM

Under the SMILE Project, our organisation conducted dedicated transgender training programs in Mathura (Uttar Pradesh) and Dharmapuri (Tamil Nadu), focusing on empowering the community through the Hair Stylist course. These programs not only imparted skill training but also provided participants with essential resources and toolkits for self-employment, enabling them to establish their own livelihood opportunities with dignity and confidence. This intervention reflects our commitment towards inclusivity, ensuring that transgender individuals are equipped with employable skills, recognised certifications, and practical support to become financially independent in their respective communities.

ELSTP

Under the Employment Linked Skill Training Programme (ELSTP), our organisation implemented impactful skilling interventions in Rajasthan and Uttarakhand. In Rajasthan, the focus was on sectors such as Retail, Logistics, and Electronics & Hardware, where we enrolled and trained candidates to enhance their employability in state-priority industries. In Uttarakhand, the ELSTP interventions primarily targeted the Agriculture sector, equipping candidates with practical and market-relevant skills to strengthen the rural economy and agro-based livelihoods. Across both states, we ensured enrolment, training, certification, and placements with outcomes reflecting our operational efficiency and commitment towards bridging skill gaps through employment-linked training models.

PLSTP

Under the Placement Linked Skill Training Programme (PLSTP), our organisation executed impactful skilling interventions in Assam, focusing on sectors such as Healthcare, Retail, Tourism & Hospitality, IT-ITES, Apparel, Electronics & Hardware, Media & Entertainment, and Logistics. Through these programs, we enrolled, trained, certified, and successfully placed candidates, ensuring that each individual gained sector-specific practical skills along with direct employment opportunities. This initiative under PLSTP highlights our operational strength in Assam, reinforcing our commitment to employment-linked skilling models that cater to both industry needs and community livelihoods.
