Healthcare Crash course- Covid Frontline Worker

During the COVID-19 pandemic, our organisation implemented an intensive Healthcare Crash Course for COVID Frontline Workers, aimed at rapidly building the capacity of the healthcare workforce to manage the crisis effectively. The training focused on critical areas such as infection control protocols, patient care management, emergency response, use of PPE, and psychosocial support, ensuring that frontline workers were equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to handle COVID-related responsibilities safely and efficiently. This intervention not only strengthened the healthcare response during the pandemic but also showcased our agility in mobilising resources to address urgent national needs.

The initiative focused on equipping these children with market-relevant vocational skills, life skills, and confidence-building interventions, enabling them to reintegrate into society with dignity and livelihood opportunities. Through this program, we aimed to transform their lives by providing them with pathways for rehabilitation, employability, and self-reliance, contributing towards a more inclusive and empowered Punjab.

SCPWD

Under the Skill Council for Persons with Disability (SCPwD) initiatives, our organisation implemented targeted skill development programs aimed at empowering persons with disabilities (PwDs) across multiple locations. These programs focused on providing inclusive, accessible, and market-relevant vocational training tailored to the specific needs and abilities of participants, covering sectors such as IT-ITES, Retail, Hospitality, and Healthcare. Through these interventions, we ensured that PwDs gained practical skills, recognised certifications, and placement support, enabling them to integrate confidently into the workforce and achieve economic independence and social dignity.
