SANKALP

Under the SANKALP (Skills Acquisition and Knowledge Awareness for Livelihood Promotion) initiative – DLI 7, our organisation partnered with NSDC to implement targeted skill development programs aimed at strengthening the skilling ecosystem across India. Through this intervention, we focused on capacity building, innovative skilling models, and outcome-based training to improve overall program effectiveness. The projects under DLI 7 enabled us to train and certify candidates across multiple sectors, fostering employment readiness and aligning training outcomes with market demands. This reflects our strategic operational capabilities to deliver on national objectives under SANKALP – DLI 7, contributing to the larger goal of creating a robust and demand-driven skill development framework in the country

PMKVY 4.0 (CSCM)

we also conducted Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) interventions across Assam and other states, certifying over 8,000 individuals under this initiative. These RPL programs focused on recognising the existing skills of candidates in sectors such as Retail, Apparel, Electronics & Hardware, Logistics, Tourism & Hospitality, and IT-ITES, ensuring they received formal certification to enhance their employability and income opportunities. This reflects our robust execution capability under PMKVY 2.0, combining fresh skilling with RPL to create a holistic workforce development impact across states.

Hunar Vikas Yojana

Under the Hunar Vikas Yojana, our organisation is implementing Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) programs in the state of Punjab, in collaboration with various industries across multiple sectors. These interventions focus on formally recognising and certifying the existing skills of the workforce, thereby enhancing their employability, income potential, and workplace confidence. By partnering directly with industries, we ensure that the RPL programs are tailored to sector-specific requirements, creating a skilled and certified workforce aligned with Punjab’s industrial ecosystem.
